You'll be required to pay a $500 USD contingency recruitment fee upon which we initiate the recruitment process through a comprehensive onboarding process, discussing the role, title, salary budget, desired experience, responsibilities, personality profile, and expectations.

Step 3: Talent Administration & Coordination

Once we're confident we've found three - five great options, we'll present them to you. We'll help you schedule interviews with the candidates so you can choose your favourite.

Step 4: Selection and Payment

After discovering the perfect candidate for the position, you will proceed by make a secondary payment, with no hidden charges or any subsequent fees.
